190pp. b/w photographs; map. Hugh Ross began his apprenticeship with the Hudson's Bay Company in 1930 at 18 years of age. His first post was at Grassy Narrows, Ontario. He would later become District Manager for Northern Saskatchewan and later Assistant to the General Manager of Northern Stores.
